Restaurant “Le Chantefable” in Paris.

Located in the district of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, you can find the French bistro Le Chantefable. This Bistrot will welcome you in a peaceful and warm setting in a retro and woody style décor.

During the beautiful days, you will for sure enjoy the terrace and spend a meal under the sun.
Really pleasant staff are welcoming you and for your plates, the chef showcases the French cuisine by drawing on the large gastronomic tables while adding a zest of his personality.

I ordered a very typical Harreng with a potatoe salad that was very very nice. The Duck confit was extremely good as well and my Creme Brulee was to die for. All the other dishes we had there were so good as well.

The Chantefable also has a wine rich menu that will appeal to sommeliers and wine lovers alike. We picked up a cheap one, Chateau Clement Termes and it was extremely nice.
With friends or family, it’s the perfect place to feast on good, rich and tasty dishes.
The good humour and warmth of a typical French bistrot are at the rendez-vous and warm the atmosphere in this friendly place. Cherry on the cake, dinner for three for around 100 euros, wine included.

The is where to go if you wish to do like the French and enjoy a really awesome dinner.

Royal Palace of Amboise.

Beginning with François I’s reign, while the court generally stayed at Fontainebleau and the Louvre, the sovereign still appreciated Amboise, up to Henri II. The monarch’s stays were more rare from Henri III’s reign. The Court left the Touraine region definitively for Ile-de-France under Henri IV. From that time onwards, the Château d’Amboise was only a simple staging post for the Bourbon Kings.

Not so visited by the tourist, the city of Valadolid is a busy place.

So if you go there, a nice casual restaurant El Atrio will offer you a quiet courtyard for your meals.

Not a flashy place so do not miss the entrance. It is the first one on the left when you are facing the church.

I recommend that you have your lunch or dinner in the courtyard. It is so peaceful there under the trees. A water fountain will give you the right cool atmosphere you need.

Nice local beers, good wines and as well beautiful food.

I had a amazing Melted Cheese with Chorizo and Mushrooms. The Cocinita Pibil is awesome. A very nice Chicken salsa Xcatic will please you. ou could get as well the traditional Guacamole or an excellent Ceviche.

Half of the courtyard is non smoking, that makes it nice for everyone.

Chicago

There is a “je ne sais quoi” that attracts me in Chicago. I love this huge city where all you hope is there. May be not at winter time…

Its an enormous city but you do not feel lost and I would say that Chicago is a group of villages. Just a few blocks away and the ambiance is so different.

The pleasant lake side, the business center, the parc, the small green district with so many restaurants, the luxury shopping area and so much more.

At my first visit I felt in the charm of the windy city.

I recomand a cruise and I choosed the architectural cruise. You can as well, rent a byke.

A must is to go at the top of the Sears tower. However I was not brave enough to walk on the glass floor above nothing.

The parc is huge and so nice, the bean is the master piece with the Buckingham fountain and the huge quantity of art you will discover make you visit a great moment.

All the tourist guides will tell you much more.

There is so much to see in Chicago. I just wanted to share my joy for this wonderful city and hope you will have the chance to go there yourself.
