Tampiquena, a special dish for a nice dinner at hotel Esencia.

IMG_6717[2]Many Mexican love to have mix foods in their plate. There we go with this delicious dish.

A basic thing in a Mexican kitchen, is to have always, a vegetale oil with tiny pieces of garlic. As well, how to eat Mexican without black beans.

Get some Mole, this is a Cocoa sauce, that,needs to be liquefy with a chicken broth.

Time to prepare the peppers, corn and potatoes with some cream, onions and garlic.

Cook the chicken for the taco, warm the Tortilla and grill your steak using some garlic oil that you have in your kitchen.

Here at Esencia, the presentation in the plate is simple and I believe this is the best elegant way.

Cover the Taco with the Mole sauce, decor with cream, and display the garnish and the steak on the plate. Black beans on the side.
