My Mum’s apple tart.

Easy to make, so nice to taste.

You need: 300 grams of flour, 200 grams of butter, 100 grams of powder sugar, a pinch of salt and the yolk of a hard boiled egg.

Melt the butter.

In a bowl, mix the flour, the sugar, the salt and crumbled the yolk.

Add the butter soon it is melted.

Mix all of these and when it looks like a ball, spread it in your baking dish with a spoon. Display the sliced apples, I add some vanilla sugar on the top.

In the oven at 5 or 6 ( 180 or 200 *c) for 45 minutes.

You can make it with other fruits as well…
