Pommard, my favourite wine.

History and emotion, which inspire excellence and respect for the “Terroir”.

This red delicate wine will go perfect with Beef, Duck, Venison, Faisan, Hare stew, but as well with a fish matelote. Duck confit with Pommard is just a big dream.

A nice selection of cheeses would appreciate the Pommard as well.

From the Cotes de Beaune region, it is a forceful and virile wine. Its colour is dark red with mauve highlights. Made with the Pinot noir grape. Open it an hour ahead. Should be served under a temperature of 15 to 17 *C.
